Really happy with the service, I used the chat bot system and was booked in the same day for an appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful, putting Monty at ease, I would suggest arriving early as it can be busy. Thank you to the team at animal trust ☺️☺️

My recent vet visit was generally positive, despite my dog's usual aversion to the clinic. He's quite vocal about his dislike, barking incessantly, but the staff are understanding and promptly take him to the back, which is the only time he quiets down. However, on this occasion, while my dog received his annual booster and other treatments, the vet inadvertently forgot to give me his worming tablets. This oversight occurred because the vet was busy securing other necessary medication for my dog. I was also disappointed that I couldn't pre-book his monthly skin injection for the following month, as it's more convenient to do so during my visit. I'm puzzled by this new policy, as I've successfully booked this appointment in advance previously, only to be told recently that it's not possible due to rota issues.I also feel that the clinic should give you a break down of the price of the medication/treatment when you go to pay at reception . I had 3 lots of medication that cost £95 , however I do not no the cost of each individual medication. Overall, the visit was good.

I had to use this vets as an emergency today following my cat being injured. The service I received was great. I travelled around 35 miles and was not disappointed. I just wish there was a branch closer! I think the vet was called Maria she was fabulous with my cat Magic. She explained everything to me and was really helpful. I left feeling super reassured and most importantly my cat is feeling better following the treatment. Thanks again team :)

All Animal Trust staff are brilliant! The reception staff go the extra mile to get your pet an urgent appointment and the vet and nursing staff are so knowledgeable and understanding. Their care of our Black Lab 'Reggie' over a number if years has both saved and prolonged and extended his quality of life. Cannot fault the Bolton Branch which looks after him. A Big Thank You!

5 star vets, regardless of a few disgruntled reviews left by others. We have all of our dogs here and have always had fantastic care for our doggies and cat. Whether it’s a sore mouth, a regular spay/castration, or more recently surgery for a foreign body (bone)! The prices are affordable and the treatment is quick, accessible and effective. Always quick recoveries and always thoughtful care, from the receptionists, to nurses to vets. Can’t fault this vets 🐶🐱

From start to finish Aniaml trust was amazing with our Rottweiler. Originally I had been to other vets who were not confident handling our dog, had not determined possible issues. Instead shot her with meds that made her shaky and ill, they booked another consultation the next day. It was money grabbing from the get go with not much of a follow up plan. £165 gone expecting £60 the next day I took Lela to animal trust. The vets were super confident around her, knew straight away what they were dealing with and immediately wanted X-rays for possible ACL rupture. The same day she had a full health check, I was so shocked this service was free! They confirmed both back legs were injured after X-rays and booked her immediately for surgery the following week. We now have her back and she’s doing amazing. Their care was amazing and i will forever reccomend them to my dog grooming customers. Real passionate about their animals. Very clean facility, amazing team of staff and brilliant receptionist who are so friendly. If you’re wanting a good knowledge vet… Shout out to Vet Bran costas, I will forever cherish your outstanding work and Immediate attention to caring for Lela❤️🐾

My dog needed bilateral surgery as confirmed by my other vet . She got very sick on the medication she was given then after spending ££££s on x rays they didn't even do the operation she needed . I'm also under animal trust bolton for my dog i took her straight there when she got sick , correct meds given and a full diagnostic booked a week later she was a different dog fit and healthy for surgery last Friday. She was in overnight the staff have been fantastic updated me on her progress big shout out to Bran who is professional and supportive she is doing well so far and is back today for a wound check. She needs her other leg doing and I won't have any issues bringing her back here . I for one are very grateful to them . Thank you Bolton animal trust from Willow and Sandra 😃 xx
